Shipping policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the NBCF Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Current wait times are around 8 weeks from the date the request is submitted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for 'HOPE Kit for a loved One'. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

We send the HOPE Kit based upon the address that you provided us on the request form. 'HOPE Kit for Me' Recipients are now asked to cover the cost of shipping the 2nd HOPE Kit, due to wrong address, or failure to pick up their HOPE Kit from a shipping location in a timely matter resulting in the HOPE Kit being returned to NBCF.

The NBCF Shop ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories addresses but does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The NBCF Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

The NBCF HOPE Kit Team is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

International Shipping Policy

We currently DO NOT ship to countries outside the U.S.
